By accessing and using QRelix QR Codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

QRelix QR Codes provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensure your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You agree not to use QRelix QR Codes for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service.

All content and materials available on QRelix QR Codes are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

QRelix offers both free and paid subscription services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Immediate Service Termination: Once a subscription is cancelled, all premium services and features cease immediately, regardless of the remaining billing period.
• No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for cancelled subscriptions, including unused portions of the billing period.
• Data Access: Upon cancellation, you may lose access to premium features, analytics data, and other subscription-based services.
• Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

As a startup with limited resources, we cannot guarantee the long-term availability or reliability of any QR code hosted through QRelix QR Codes. While we are committed to maintaining high uptime and service continuity, circumstances such as financial constraints, infrastructure limitations, or the discontinuation of the platform may impact service availability - including the ability to maintain functionality of generated QR Codes.

We reserve the right to remove, disable, or permanently delete any QR code or associated records at any time, with or without notice. This may include, but is not limited to, cases involving policy violations, abuse of the platform, or technical necessity.

In the event that we sunset the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to users, though we cannot guarantee the ability to do so in all circumstances.

By using QRelix QR Codes, you acknowledge and accept that no warranties are made regarding the longevity, uptime, or retention of any QR code or linked data. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of any destinations, data, or metadata you consider important.
