Thank you for using QRelix Code! We strive to provide the best experience for our users. Please review our refund policy below.
1. General Refund Policy§
All payments for QRelix Code memberships and services are final. Once a payment is made for a subscription period (e.g., monthly or annually), we cannot issue refunds for that period. Users retain full access to paid features for the remainder of their billing cycle.
2. Membership Cancellations§
We understand that needs may change, and we are working on a feature for self-service membership cancellation. In the meantime, users can cancel their memberships by contacting us at contact@fittedtech.com. Once a cancellation request is processed, your membership will not renew for the next billing cycle.
3. Exceptional Cases§
While refunds are generally not available, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- •Duplicate charges due to a system error.
- •Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
- •Service disruptions directly caused by QRelix Code lasting more than 7 consecutive days.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted via contact@fittedtech.com with relevant transaction details.
